We were supposed to have a room with two double beds and was given a room with one king size bed very inconvenient. My son had to sleep on the couch and they wouldn’t switch rooms for us or give us a credit so I wouldn’t stay there again.

Rooms were “newly” renovated.. horribly done. The lights in the main room with pull out sofa didn’t turn off at all.. so the staff put bed sheets to cover lights for sleeping. Air conditioner was so loud. Strange smell in hotel room.

There is mold in the bathroom or something black along the rim of the shower entrance There are trains late into the evening and all night- very noisy! The dirty towels were forgotten in the hall by the cleaners until the next day. The room was big and had lots of area to relax. Parking was good. Pool was warm

Hotel gave out room away THAT WE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. After a long day of driving we arrived at the hotel to find out they had no room for us. Manager was incompetent and not helpful. Made us wait forever. Sent us to some other hotel when all we wanted to do was get in our room and go to sleep. Manager refused to refund money or give any discount. Will NEVER stay at a Marriott again!

They put us in a room under major construction, got woken up by loud bangs and workers dropping equipment or products. Also a train goes by which continues to sound the horn as you try sleeping.. Room itself was clean and ok. Above average. Would’ve hoped they didn’t set us up under major construction..
