Hard to access from the busy street. Had to go around the block three times. Was one night stay prior to a cruise. Unfriendly staff. Never made eye contact or smiled. Pics on website not current. Parking dark and seemed unsafe. Room was Numbered in 200’s but was in the basement. Hallways were very old and filthy dirty and stained. All door jams had rusty water drop stains all over them.No view of ANYTHING. Room walls were all bumpy and had layers and layers of very old paint. Everything was dark sienna brown or maroon. Felt like you were in a penitentiary serving time. Room was excessively damp. Entire hotel felt dirty, run down and unsanitary. I didn’t feel it was a safe environment. Pics on website seemed to have been taken long ago. Room I booked did NOT look as pictured. Told them I refused to take the room. They did not apologize and said that I could go. When I asked about them swiping my card they said they would “take care of it.” They never checked me out or anything. I had to ask them for a business card or something for contact information and follow up. Expedia contacted them but wouldn’t commit to refund! I’ll have to pursue BBB if they don’t comply. FLB is full of these unreliable misleading hotels. Recommend you don’t book here and spend TOP DOLLAR at a reputable chain or flagship hotel in area that has standards.

The drawers and desk handles were very loose, carpet was filthy. Faucet was leaking in bathtub. Refrigerator was very small and froze everything. The air conditioner made loud noise.

The first room I got the carpet was wet and smelled moldy and they changed me to another room. I never even took off my shoes. The room was disgusting and the bathtub and the entire bathroom was horrific.

Women at the front desk were very good and fun to talk to. That is the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are dirty and dated. The bathroom was disgusting hair and grime all around the edges of the floor. Door to room was not very secure with only one deadbolt. We put our luggage in front of door for added security. Ok location, not a lot of restaurants around unless you want to spend a bunch of money. Better options about a 10min walk away. They do offer a shuttle to the cruise but for a fee.

Worst room ever shower had no hot water room was dirty. Doors were dirty. There was no microwave you had to pay to use the microwave five dollars per time a dollar for a fork or spoon. Coffee pot was filthy. The manager was rude. It was only one nice person on staff. I will never stay there again.

They false advertising NO Restaurant No Lounge, The rooms smelled like urine and vomit, Walls were covered in spilled drinks and god knows what. Cheap old memory foam mattress with deep swells . No gym. No beach chairs. only 6 chairs pool side, with very little sun.

The hotel is very dirty and outdated. The carpet in the room looks absolutely filthy. The carpet needs to be replaced with tile. It's surprising this hotel hasn't been torn down and rebuilt. On the plus side, the location is amazing.

Here are the pro’s and con’s of this property: GREAT location and affordable price. Parking included. Staff is grumpy at best. Do not dare to attempt check in before 3:01pm. Although, if you do arrive early they will let you park in the hotel parking lot. WiFi was terrible! In the morning it was somewhat reliable - but guaranteed not to work after about 8:00p Our cell phones did not connect well from inside the rooms The room was basic and aged - but seemed to be clean. Pillows were yuck Terrible shower - but had hot water, so we made it work for us

The room is very dirty. The carpet is filthy and smelly. The carpet smells very bad inside the room and outside in the hallway. Bathroom paint is peeling everywhere on the bathtub and the wall walls. Pieces of the ceiling inside the room fell onto the carpet. Very poorly maintained. The sliding door to the small deck outside was very hard to open very heavy. It was very low maintained. The location is excellent right on the beach.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I’m giving it 2 stars only because of the excellent location — otherwise, it would be 1 star. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. Our room had a terrible smell, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, and the blankets were bad as well. We barely slept the entire night. On the third floor, the internet did not work at all, which was very frustrating. On top of that, the hotel charged us additional fees, even though Expedia clearly stated that all fees were already included.

Took over hour to check in, two different day/times asked for pool towels they didn’t have any available. Sink basically falling off wall, stained carpet everywhere, nothing was plugged in, water was yellow, mold on ceiling. Dead cockroach on stairs., tub was so nasty rust mold stain we didn’t even want to shower. Cobwebs just so run down. So discusting
