I checked in and the place looked as described: worn but ok, I drive around back as instructed and found a full parking lot so squeezed the car in between a couple trucks. Then went to one of the worst motel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The sliding patio door did t lock, the carpet looked duty, the bathtub was literally peeling etc

The location is amazing — right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. They also have parking.Unfortunately, the rooms were filthy and far below basic cleanliness standards. On top of that, they charge $14.99 just to use the towels, which was really disappointing and felt unnecessary. With such a perfect beachfront location, this place has so much potential, but the overall experience needs major improvement.

The WiFi didn’t connect to our phones in the room. The old TV mounted on the wall had a poor picture and wires dangling. Yes, the location was amazing. But the hotel(motel) itself is pretty rundown and patchwork. You get the feeling everything is from a yard sale, and the rooms are ‘lipstick on a pig.’

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación frente al mar, los empleados serviciales y muy amables, el proceso de check in fue sencillo aunque no me esperaba que me cobraran $100 dólares de depósito de seguridad, también el check out sin ningún problema. El hotel necesita una inversión y reparación urgente todo está muy deteriorado, pareciera que la última vez que le pasaron la mano fue hace tres décadas.

Old, run down, dirty and disappointing. The pictures on line were a joke compared to what we received. The only positive was the location to the beach and local places to eat. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on that’s rooms. Adjust your budget and stay at another location.

The hotel is in an incredible location. The room was large and comfortable. It was dated and decently clean. It wasn’t spotless but nothing that bothered me to much. Honestly you can’t beat this place for the price and location. I will return for sure

I booked 6 nights .In those 6 nights my room was not cleaned once.I was in room 522. The sheets on the bed are not white there dingy. There was roaches crawling on my shower curtain. I was told by the housekeeper the morning of the 22nd if i wanted my room cleaned i would need to call the front desk that it would be extra.The patio door is broken and does not lock. The front desk and housekeeper that worked the 5th floor sucks!!! They have a no care attitude. The ceilings pieces are dropping on the bed and carpet. I have pictures and would love to upload them😡😡😡

The whole place is very outdated to the point that there was no place to plug in to charge phones. There was an outlet in the bathroom but it was super loose and nothing would stay plugged in. The carpet in the room was sticky and spongy. The paint was peeling in multiple places and there was very obvious mildew all over the bathroom. The mini fridge hadn’t been cleaned out after the last guest and had multiple items in it. The check in staff didn’t provide any information for wifi and was very curt. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighboring room quite clearly. Signs for the rooms are not clear with directions when you get out of the elevator. The parking spaces were super narrow.
