As you all can already tell by now per the reviews, this place is absolutely a no go. It’s like they don’t even try, no seriously, hallways reeks of marijuana and cigarette smoke, dust and stain on literally all the walls, every piece of metal in the building is rusted to the point of disintegration. The steel steps outside are so badly rusted you could see the bottom floors through the steps, this is highly a safety hazard. And should be deemed, the smell in the rooms were of molding under the carpet and ammonia. Roaches everywhere! Back doors are being propped open for just anyone to come in. Pictures online are FAKE! Expedia should really do something about scamming guest on what you actually get.

Prostitution, rooms outdated, rooms smelled really bad, frequent door slamming, dirty baths, toilets, no microwave, hallways smelled like pee. Online pictures are lies. I stayed out as long as I could so I can spend as less time inside. I traveled with my belongings at all times and never left them inside horrible experiences don’t recommend and would never book again no matter what

Room was ran down walls disgustingly dirty floor dirty. Don’t get me started on the bathroom! Never once did they come and give new CLEAN linen. Absolutely no plug in outlets worth a damn. Curtains dangling off the rail so no privacy. Restaurant is non existent, ice machine did not work who knows for how long There was ONLY 1 staff member that was beyond nice he was a young gentleman that checked out the last day!

The beach was right across the blvd. The air conditioning was good . The water was hot for the shower . The price was unbeatable . The other renters were a little rough , and the hotel is in need of repair . No bed bugs or roaches that I saw . The beds were comfortable

Lack of communication, waited 2 days for clean towels, bathroom poor condition, you have to pay extra to have bedding changed, no toiletries . The soap is the size of a gum . Not enough outlets , all was outdated and shaking . Noisy A/C unit .

Great location! Loved the on-site parking. You can tell that this hotel used to be something really cool. If they could get the bar and restaurant back open, it would be a much better place! There are some really cool elements to it, I do love an old place and definitely understand how difficult old places can be to care for. This one has a lot of character. The room was in rough shape, but the bed was comfortable, the table and chairs, bedding, all of that it's clean. The pool area was pretty nice. And you can't beat crossing the street for the beach. A great place to stay for a night or so.

Although you could see the beach from outside the room the room itself was incredibly dirty with what looked like mold in the ceiling vent. Hair was found under the pillows. I would not recommend a stay here. The staff were nice at the front desk however it was not worth the overnight here.

Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant, bathroom was missing things, tub was peeling and got flooded, rugs were dirty, sheets and towels were stained. No restaurant / bar as advertised. Couldnt sit out on the balcony due to the water from the other rooms ac. Couldnt cancel cause I already paid and couldnt afford another 300-400 elsewhere. I should get some kind of refund..wont be coming back.
