Rooms are sooo old cracked kitchen tiles do not walk without shoes. Is hard to keep it without sand. Rooms are stinky internet inside room do not work they keep telling is a weather never gonna come back there. Its my first 1 star opinion

We didn’t get much rest at night as the family above us had small children RUNNING around as early as 5:30am. Sounded like a herd of Clydesdale horses moving all the furniture around.

Check in lady was very rude to me and other guests. They were pulling a dead body off the beach when we arrived. There were drunk drug attics inside and sitting outside. The directions on the listing was not where check in was. So I had to drag my kids and all our luggage down the street and up a busy street. The place itself was okay. It worked for one night. But it shower was not clean to the point we chose not to shower.

The location is excellent, but the amenities are very poor. We are a family of four (two adults and two kids). Although the unit has a kitchen, no utensils are provided. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee, sugar, or basic supplies are included. Housekeeping is done only once every four days, so guests are expected to reuse wet towels during that time. After visiting the beach, if sand is brought into the room, it remains on the floor for up to four days until housekeeping arrives. It appears that each building is owned by an individual owner and managed under a single office. Unfortunately, the management staff is not very friendly.

The first room was so bad we had to get moved. VERY Dated, and dirty. the portable air conditioner stopped or leaked onto the floor. If you expect zero, besides being on the beach, this is the hotel for you.

Pros: 1. The room was spacious, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen and a futon in the main area. Lots of room for our family of 5. 2. Steps from the beach! Location was fantastic. 3. Price was reasonable. Cons: 1. It was a little confusing checking in, as the check in was about a block away from the room and the instructions given at check-in did not match where we eventually found the room. 2. The room was run down and could have been cleaner. Broken cupboards, the king bed was one flop away from crashing to the floor, the floor was quite dirty. 3. After booking a place that said it included a kitchen, we expected basic amenities. There were no dishes, cookware or anything. You could call the office for a box to be delivered to you. 4. The front desk is always slammed. The lady working tried her best, and was friendly and helpful. But having so many different properties tied to a single check-in/check-out point made for long lines and wait times. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you just want an afforable place big enough for your family that is very close to the beach and you don't mind things being a bit run down.

THIS IS NOT A FOUR STARS PROPERTY! Staff is uninterested (except for the weekday morning manager gentleman, he is kind and helpful). On weekends, obtaining beach towels is literally impossible, but they will try to sell you some instead! Check in is only at 4 pm: you'll be queuing for over an hour to get your key by someone that looks extremely inconvenienced by your existence. Good luck retrieving your luggage if you had it stored earlier that day. The breakfast is TERRIBLE, but the rudeness and aggressiveness of the breakfast lady truly seals the deal. Imagine having to justify grabbing 3 cinnamon rolls (family of 3), since they are the only edible option. Upon arrival, the tv, the stove and the oven were not working. We had to continue asking for towels as they only give 2 at the time, to a family of 3. Any basic hotel necessities that are advertised as provided (beach towels/clean towels/soap/toilet paper/kitchen supplies) require an extra trip to the reception, or seven. The grounds are unkept, the vibe of the place is cheap and 'low-cost everything. The pools are scattered across the properties, some are sadder than others. The overall vibe is a crappy 1 star motel, shame for advertising as a four stars. On The positive side, the location is central to many activities, right on the boardwalk and a beautiful beach. This property could have a total different feeling if management tried to run it better
