The Space:

Welcome to The Seahorse Villa 3!

You will have the entire place yourself. Our home was recently renovated, and it was designed to make you feel at home. This 1474 sq ft modern design home has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay, either for vacation or work.

The home has a private fenced backyard for our guests to enjoy, just a short drive to the nightlife, great restaurants, beaches, and more.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing. The main bedroom features a king bed, luggage rack, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, luggage rack, and plenty of closet space.

The sunroom has a sleeper couch (full-size mattress when open), an office desk and chair, and plenty of games to keep the family entertained.

The backyard features a dining table, a BBQ grill, and two lounge chairs.

Things to keep in mind: our office has a wireless printer, and we do have a variety of children's items, like highchairs, toys, pack 'n plays, etc., available upon request.



Other things to note

For your security and that of the property is important to use, so this property is monitored by surveillance cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of the noise level if it exceeds that of 75 db for over 10 minutes or more.



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



**Property is NOT pet friendly.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacation And Rental. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions. In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.



Guest Access:

The entire home and backyard. The access code will be provided to you once we receive the complete verification process and deposit or waiver payment.



The Neighborhood:

Fort Lauderdale has been dubbed one of the hottest up-and-coming culinary arts districts in the nation. Since the city has significant agricultural roots and history, this may not be surprising. The city has recently taken steps to revitalize its downtown area, paving the way for new farm-to-table-themed restaurants, pedestrian-friendly dining pavilions, and unique culinary experiences.



Funky Buddha Brewery: The Funky Buddha Brewery has been an Oakland Park staple since 2013, when it first opened its doors. The brewery is best known for its wide craft beer selection and experimental brews. Stop by this summer for a delicious bite to eat and try one of the most interesting beers on tap, such as the Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, French Toast Double Brown Ale, or Key Lime Pie Tart Ale.



Tenth Level Tavern: The Funky Buddha Brewery isn’t the only place slinging craft beer in Oakland Park. The Tenth Level Tavern is unlike most other bars in the area because it offers a variety of old-school video game consoles. Order a beer and jump back into your youth by playing your favorite Nintendo, Xbox, Sega, and PlayStation games.



Tatts & Tacos Beer Garden: If gourmet Mexican food and an ice-cold beer sound appetizing, Tatts & Tacos Beer Garden is right up your alley. The Beer Garden has a very relaxed atmosphere and offers some of the best (and most underrated!) food in the city. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a place for the whole family.



Peter Pan Diner: If you’re craving East Coast diner food, the Peter Pan Diner is the place for you. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is always serving hot and delicious food. It’s a great place to swing by after you’re thrown back a few beers at one of Oakland Park’s watering holes.



Las Colinas Restaurant: Oakland Park has a variety of restaurants offering traditional international cuisine. Las Colinas regularly serves up delicious and authentic Cuban fare. Stop by for some of the best Latin food in the area.



Candela Restaurant: If beer isn’t your preferred drink, you may enjoy stopping by Candela Restaurant to try some of the area’s best wine. The wine bar not only features unique and delicious wine, but also some of the best Spanish, Italian, and Cuban food in Oakland Park.
