Welcome to The Palms, where tranquility meets Caribbean charm. Our rare gem offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, designated workspace, complimentary WIFI, 90 inch TV and free parking. Enjoy outdoor grilling and a sparkling heated pool, all enveloped in a captivating pool-front porch. Guests often find it hard to leave some even dubbing it the best Airbnb experience they've had. This home books fast so please don't wait to book. Children of all ages are welcome.



Calendar is up to date. Rates displayed are our best rates. City regulations prohibit parties on any vacation rental (parties are illegal). Because of problems with parties, we do not rent to local residents. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.



The space

Explore three cozy bedrooms and three private bathrooms. Relax in the living room adorned with a luxurious sofa and a grand 90-inch TV. Step into the outdoor haven featuring mosquito repellent, a comfortable sitting area, a hammock, pool chairs, and four lounge chairs. Experience ultimate privacy within the fully fenced property.



From Nov 15th to May 30th, the pool is set to a cozy 80F, adjustable to 85F for $25 per day. We offer a starter pack of essentials, and guests are responsible for additional supplies.



Guest access

Upon acknowledging our house rules, including a strict NO PARTIES policy and maintaining quiet after 9:00 pm, remote access will be granted.



Maximize your parking with a limit of 3 cars, absolutely NO on-street parking allowed.



Other things to note

Feel free to enjoy the home, but let's keep it neighborly—no parties or unregistered guests. Keep it hushed between 9:00pm - 7:00am. If kids are in tow, safety first! Pool and yard maintenance happen regularly, and garbage day is Tuesday—blue and green out the night before and Friday-blue out the night before.We spruce up before and after your stay, but extra cleaning is $100. Swim with care!



This is a NON-SMOKING/NO-VAPING home. If smoking outside the home, please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).



This Home has outside perimeter cameras for added security and an ADT alarm system. If you would like to use the alarm system during your stay just ask your host for a code. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor to comply with noise ordinance. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.

The newly remodeled home had many nice amenities and the outdoor area was very nice. We would have enjoyed a table for outdoor dining, but the pool was wonderful. The showers are very nice and beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and all the necessary utensils and appliances. The location of the house was convenient to grocery stores and is only 2-3 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea. A nice, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The home is beautiful, very clean, and the neighborhood is nice; took a few night walks during our visit. Loved that there are three bathrooms and the pool area is really nice. Beach chairs were a plus for us to take on our day trips. It's close to restaurants and stores, which was nice to have some options close by. I recommend this place.

We had a fantastic four-week stay in this vacation home in Fort Lauderdale/Oakland Park! We were especially impressed by the beautiful pool – perfectly maintained and pleasantly heated, so we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. The garden was immaculately landscaped with great attention to detail – simply a dream for unwinding. The house itself left nothing to be desired: everything was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The location is also ideal – both the beaches and numerous shopping opportunities are quick and easy to reach. Thanks also to the iTrip team; Rene and Matty always responded and helped us promptly. We would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. We booked it hoping the pictures were accurate and we were pleasantly pleased. The home is clean, located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants and stores. We booked the property because of the pool and the private backyard. We spent most days in the pool and relaxing on the sundeck under the umbrella. The home itself is beautifully done, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host upon check in and check out was easy. All concerns were quickly addressed with a quick response. They truly want you to have a five star stay and will help in any way. Highly recommend and would definitely stay agin.
