The staff is so well trained and very congenial. They cant do enough for you, everyone seems so happy and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We ate at all five of the restaurants...they were all a cut above. We are already planning our next visit.

This is an outstanding hotel!! We have been to many five-star hotels all over the world and this was one of the best experiences we have had. I highly recommend staying here.... Lot of little details that makes a big difference. Welcome drink at check-in, beautiful tray of towels at the pool the attendant brings over for your setup.. The whole staff makes you feel very important and valuable. Top notch service!! Just completed a 1 billion dollar remodel.... Wow very nice decor and very cool vibe. Rooftop restaurant bar is also amazing!! Just a great place... Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity!!
