My flight was canceled 3 times and didn't get their to Tuesday was supposed to be their Sunday and the would not help me with 2 days reimbursement was over $1000 dollars lost and would not help with a extra day stay at end that cost me over another $1000 . The customer service here is top notch! highly impressed with this place. Everything was thought out and staff goes above and beyond. This place is such a well oil machine! I will for sure be booking this place again ! The fact they had an adult pool. helped with chairs. All food places were amazing too!

We stayed 5 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids in a 1-bedroom suite. Overall, it was a mixed experience — beautiful property with great staff, but not ideal for families. The resort is gorgeous and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The pool area is fantastic — warm water, fun slides, and attentive staff. Pool days were the highlight. However, several issues made the stay challenging with kids. Our room wasn’t ready until nearly 6 PM, and it faced the highway so it was noisy. Housekeeping was inconsistent until we learned you must request service via a door light. The mini-fridge was reserved for minibar items, and clearing space for refrigerated medication would have cost $50. The resort seems unsure about being family-friendly. The pool closes at dusk, evening activities were limited, and kid-friendly food options ended early, so we often had to order delivery or leave the property. Staff were consistently kind and helpful, and we did enjoy our stay, but it didn’t fully feel like a 4–5 star experience for families. Probably best for couples or short pre/post cruise stays.
