Newly renovated 3 Bed 2 Bath house in one of Ft Lauderdale's original downtown neighborhoods. Less than 3 miles from the airport, beach, downtown and highway it is quite literally the perfect location. We have a big, brand new turf yard, putting green, deck area and in a fantastic local neighborhood. Come enjoy what was my first home.
