Worse of the worst.

Where should I start..check in office manages about 5 other hotels. Had no idea office was about a mile away. Walked over with all my luggage and the receptionist ignored me. Waited about 30 minutes for attention. Finally tracked back the mile to our room and it was upstairs with no elevator. They are very unprofessional and obviously never learned customer service skills. Nothing close by to grab a bite to eat. This has to be the worse experience with booking a hotel on Hotels.com.

Siendo totalmente honesta , la ubicación perfecta para pasar en familia y con niños ya que está a 1 min de la playa. El servicio de limpieza fue algo que no me agradó , ya que aún al tercer día y solicitando el servicio no llegaron. Igualmente yo pedí escobas y trapo para limpiar a mi gusto. La habitación , súper cómoda y espaciosa. Con su cocina completa! :) El personal de front desk amable , con excepción a una muchacha que realmente era grosera. Yo pasé 4 días , así que puedo dar mi opción global. El desayuno básico, pero bueno. Deben tener como sugerencia no cobrar los $19 extra de parqueo diario , ya que con lo que se paga en el hotel considero debe ser incluido a sus huéspedes este servicio. Pero si volvería , por la comodidad de tener la playa super cerca. :) Gracias.

At first it was strange to check in through phone or remote check in but eventually you get the hang of it. with customer service assistance since staff thats there is clean up crue. It was clean and neat but to get a hold of staff is theough the phone. It is veey noce compared to other older ones that aren't at all.

The room itself was nice very spacious and big, unfortunately the building where we received a room didn’t have a pool but there was pools around that you were able to use. The check in was a little confusing but overall not bad for a quick weekend trip and the proximity to the beach is amazing

The property itself is not bad. Expect a $35.00 service charge and $20.00 charge that are due at the time of checkin. They will hold $100 deposit, also due at the check in time. Rooms are ok. Expect some quick fixes and some cheap repairs to the rooms. At the reception desk expect a rude treat and un empathetic service. But is is located in a great place.
