Our unit is on the 14th floor. It is right below the penthouse floor. The view of the ocean is amazing.

The unit is right in the middle of the building facing east and nothing obstructs your view of the ocean.

620 sqft . Oceanfront with two queen beds. Balcony, fully equipped kitchenette. Large luxurious marble bathroom, 42' flat screen HDTV, in room safe, Bose CD player, bathrobe, lush pillowtop bed, down comforters and pillows, imported 300 thread count linens by frette, large desk.

Great experience staying at this property! Host was very responsive to messages and awesome to work with. Property looks as pictured, however there is a street in front of the hotel so you are not directly on the beach. We did not realize that from the photos but would still stay there again though. Restaurant in hotel has really great food, too!

Everything was great except the coffee maker. It seemed to be an expresso machine. Coffee wasn’t good. I’d recommend getting a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee.

This VRBO is better than the pictures. Upon arrival there’s a large closet to the right, double doors leading to a spacious bathroom on the left. Bathroom has a decent size bathtub, double sink vanity, decent size enclosed shower, and alternative closed in area for toilet. Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Hand soap and lotion at sink. Further down the entry hall, on the right is the kitchenette with stove top, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a decent size sink. Coffee mugs could be bigger. We brought our own Nespresso and bought bigger souvenir coffee mugs. Beds were comfy, I’d say the bedding was comparable to standard Marriott bedding. The glass doors leading to the balcony lead to a beautiful view of the beach. Two chairs and a small table on the balcony, overlooking the pool and beach area. The beach chairs, towels and waters were a really nice addition to this stay. The gentlemen working the beach were kind and welcoming. Chairs/towels were maybe available 10-5 pm but that may vary on different days. There is a bar on the beach, ready to serve in your chair and charge to your room. At the pool, the food and drinks were lovely but a bit slow and understaffed for a Saturday in my opinion. This place is up there with our top 3 VRBO experiences. Many great restaurants near by. Pops corn ice cream was worth the walk. Will check out the BonnetHouse and Truluck’s on our next stay. Parking - great team! Fast and courteous.
