I was a single lady in town visiting family. I chose this property because it was 4 miles from my family and I felt safe coming and going even at night. Well lit and parking was right out front. 10 mins to Hollywood Beach. It’s an older property but clean and had everything I needed. Hairdryer, kitchen utensils and dishes, smart TV and WiFi, comfy bed and a hot shower. I wanted basic at a fair price in a safe neighborhood and minutes from my family and it checked all the boxes. Great communication with property manager. I didn’t use the pool but it had nice lounge chairs. If you’re on a budget this might be the place for you.

Property was very clean. A nice pool (not heated). Our room was small. Host and staff were very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
