Didn't meet any staff, but that was ok since check in was automatic and easy. The grounds were nice but the room was not clean, the shower smelled really bad and was not clean at all and the maintenance was lacking.

Never met any staff. Reception phone call away (useless when a call would cost me $$’s on a non-US phone). Got emailed code for room. No ceiling lights in room, so quite dark. Couldn’t get TV working over both days of our stay. Remote control and TV had power but ignored all attempts to turn on. More of a motel than a hotel. Room clean, but beds not made up during day nor towels changed. We’d have felt more comfortable if door to street from property were lockable. Expected a little more for $175 per night. It was ok overall for a short stay but we wouldn’t book again.

Very clean and roomy. It has its own charm given it is not one of the big chain hotels. The rooms overlooking the courtyard and pool were quite lovely

Good location. Very decent room. But never saw staff. Our room floor flooded from the toilet on our last day and we found out there was no staff on the premises. The manager told my wife there were towels on premises to sop up the water with but there were none. She also said there was a bathroom on the second floor we could use. However, she was not going to drive 2 hours to assist us. When I said I wanted a refund she agreed but evicted us. While we waited for Hotels.com to find us a room, the manager actually showed up and kicked us out before we could secure a place. We had to wade in water to finish packing our belongings and sit in our rental car until a room somewhere else could be secured. Thanks Hotels.com. Bottom line: great place but miserable service.

Kitchen was equipped with what we needed; air conditioning worked; staff wasn’t on hand for questions; you had to call to speak to someone and the locks for the room didn’t always work! The passcode was the same for the room for whoever stayed there. So if someone came back and wanted to get into our room they could! That was concerning…

Stayed 2 nights… we stayed on the bottom floor, the room was nice. But the noise from upstairs was very transferable. Heard the microwave, people’s conversation and unfortunately it was late at night and early in the morning. Never saw a staff person. Had to go looking for one to ask for pool towels. For the price we paid it was alright, wouldn’t want to spend more than a night or two.
