Just the spot for family to converge

I rented the house to have a variety of family members from Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida meet. Sometimes it's hard to believe all 100% 5-star ratings, but in this case it fits. Beautiful, clean house. Very well furnished. Super comfortable and just right distance from beach crowds. Can easily and safely walk to beach, food and drink - of course not for kids alone. One fairly busy street to cross. But felt safe walking at night as well. We were greeted with 4 igunas enjoying the sun's heat on the pool deck when we arrived. They scattered, like in a Jurasic Park scene. So we got live entertainment on top. Derek was super attentive, and responded to any questions or comments I had within an hour, and usually sooner. No doubt the first house I'll look for a vacancy on next similar visit.

Wonderful property, perfect location with top amenities

I was very impressed by the overall quality of this property, well maintained and great design for family vacation. Short distance to beaches, restaurants, ice cream shops. Not crowded with hardship for parking, great and safe neighborhood. Everything is right about this place, the host is very friendly and responsive. Absolutely great experience.
