LOCATION!!! Waterfront house on the canal w/ POOL walk to BEACH in Pompano Beach

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The beach is 250 yards away as the crow flys, but you have to walk down the street and over the bridge, total walk is 700 yards. The walk is very nice and you cross the bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway where you can stop and watch superyachts go by. The house has a pool in the backyard that overlooks the canal. The pool is usually 75 - 80 degrees. The yacht that is docked in the backyard is not part of this listing, and don't worry, no one stays on the yacht, so you have the house and backyard to yourself. There is every kind of dining option you would like within walking distance including waterfront, beachfront, hip interior spots, microbrewery, fine dining to fast food, all types of food and we are talking hundreds of yards away, like close! Oh, and Lucky Fish is one of 3 places for live music but it is the most fun because it is a large Tiki style restaurant literally on the beach with live music 5 or 6 nights per week. There are at least 50 bars and restaurants within walking distance. This single family house is waterfront on the canal 7 houses down from the ICW. There is an upscale Publix grocery store 350 yards away. There is a large LA Fitness also 350 yards away. Make it your home away from home in Pompano Beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. This house features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Two separate bathrooms offer showers toilets and sinks. The floorplan is very open with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Its about 1450 square feet and it feels like a larger home than that. The lot is around 9500 square feet, also feels like a lot of outside space. The house is somewhat dated but clean and it is in an upscale neighborhood. Even in its dated condition, this little house is worth more than $1.5 million, not trying to boast in anyway, just trying to give you a clear picture of what type of neighborhood its in... Dated house, nice neighborhood. Pompano Beach and the pier have recently undergone a revitalization with so many new developments down here by the water. The pier and beachwalk area is incredible and that's the beach you would be going to. Just google Pompano Beach. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or out, or working remotely poolside or inside at the sit/stand desk with printer and office supplies, There is a new 65" flat-screen smart TV in the living room and two more smart TVs in the bedrooms the layout makes every moment enjoyable. There is a circular drive and 2 car carport. Plenty of regular towels, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a couple of soft coolers and a beach wagon to pull all your stuff to the beach. Or you can always drive and parking isn't bad. There is one caveat, this is not a party house, I value the relationship with my neighbors so if staying up late and drinking outside by the pool is in your to do list, this is not the place for that. I hate to put anything negative in a post like this, it's just that noise is important to avoid and I have to say it somewhere.
