Absolutely everything was fantastic. The hotel staff were all nice. It was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a bottle of wine to celebrate. The pool area was very nice

Lots to love about this condo/hotel. It’s modern and has great amenities. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family. However the rug was pretty dirty (other people’s toenail clippings and sand on it). Also, there is no daily housekeeping, which is fine but there is also very little to tidy up after yourself, like a dustbuster or dish soap. Finally the elevators were a total nightmare. Very slow, always packed. Waited upwards of 15 min to get on one. The building needs to invest in express elevators for higher floors. Fix these couple of things and it would be a perfect stay.

While the unit was roomy, it needed a fresh coat of paint and some TLC. The door to the unit would auto deadbolt lock if the door closed too hard. That meant I could not get into the unit w/o assistance from the facility. I waited approx 15 minutes one evening to get assistance getting into my unit due to the deadbolt issue. It took 15 mins bc there was only one person at the front desk and they had a needy guest who slowed the process. Conceptually, a nice place. Reality, it needs some updates and more staff in my opinion.

Nice propety and location, and friendly enough staff, but the fact is when we arrived there were multiple maintenance issues in the room that took days to solve (no water at all in one shower, only hot water at kitchem sink, some power outlets never worked, dead lightbulbs, blinking overhead lights, etc) They also tried to add cleaning charges which were reversed when I questioned them. Tennis court we were informed was closed for maintenence so some reason.
