We were appalled at the state of the room. I was not expecting a great modern room since the price was cheaper, but cleanliness should be a standard for hotels. The rooms were very gross and needed a good thorough cleaning. We had a hard time staying but had already paid. I barely slept and was so worried there were bed bugs (does not appear there were any thank goodness!) The staff were all super friendly though, our lock stopped working and they came right away to help us. Multiple people staying there saw us waiting for help and said the same thing happened with their lock…

Bed seemed clean but the room was awful. Exposed electrical wire. Light switch did work. Rug was dirty. Two chairs that appear kitchen chairs. No night stand. Office closes early no attendants if you arrive late. Awful experience.

Room was pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, even though nobody was there and the office was locked at 9:30 am. She said office didn't open til 9 even though Expedia said 9.

I don’t like the options here. It wasn’t poor-but it wasn’t great either. Positives: Totally safe neighborhood. Staff on site most of the time. Easy access to the beach. It was clean. Kerug of coffee, microwave and fridge. Negatives: You get what you pay for. Small bed. Outdated. Basic bathroom. Far from Las Olas. Felt a little questionable but we came home with no bugs and a good store to tell.

The bed didn't have a box springs. Only wood slats under a mattress. The room was very small and the bed was situated in a way that it wax impossible to close the door into the bathroom. Room was on the second floor with no elevator. I had two forty+ pound bags and to lug them up there.

The excellent customer service was amazing there. I would definitely return anytime I’m down in florida visiting. Although it was a last minute booking Nikki made sure she took care of me in the changes I ask her for and the best part she made sure she gave me an opportunity to check in early for Christmas which was a huge plus and upgraded are room as well thanks for the wonderful hospitality!
