The hotel is recommended for convenience and quality. It's great if you need a place to stay that includes for shuttles to the Cruise Port or Airport. The pool area is great for lounging or letting the kids splash and play. The front desk staff were helpful - giving us pointers on best places to find local restaurants, etc. and the team allowed us to store our baggage prior to check in. In short - we'd recommend this place. We'd stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the cruise port, however, for those needing shuttle transportation to the cruise port, be sure to make those arrangements with the front desk the day before you need to arrive at the cruise port. There are only 2 departure times.

The room is dirty and dusty, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and I had to ask for 1, there wasn’t even a pen in the room. And the whole “airport shuttle” business is extremely chaotic and takes way too long.
