We do not plan to stay here again. The parking situation was poorly managed, and the additional $10-per-night fee was both unexpected and disappointing. The surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, and although the bathroom was mostly clean, the towels contained hair that did not belong to us. Additionally, we were unexpectedly charged for the water bottles in our room due to unclear documentation about which guests are eligible to receive them complimentary. When we called to clarify and request that the charge be removed, the staff responded rudely and refused to do so.

Airport shuttle was great! Our room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Location was great, in between airport and cruise port. We had very noisy neighbors at 3:00 AM. Sound barrier in between rooms was poor.
