Our room was cancelled by the manager and we were not notified. When we arrived, that is when we found out. We had a reservation, but I guess that doesn’t mean anything at this hotel.

The room was full of roaches. The kitchen was extremely outdated will pealing walls. The bathroom sink was clogged after washing my hands. The place is ghetto. People hanging out at all times of the night. Lots of drug and prostitution going on there.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would the environment was pure ghetto and the room was infested with roaches. I’m talking about from adult roach to babies on the floors on the walls. I literally ran out of there with my baby in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people arguing. 10/10 would never recommend!!!!

Room smelt of cigarette smoke, there were roaches, my key stopped working 3 times during my stay, no kitchen ware in the kitchen. The entire compound smelt of weed. It was not a pleasant experience however the front desk employees were very pleasant and friendly.

I will not be staying at this property again. The first room I was assigned had a heavy smoke scent, and the toilet was recently used. I asked for another room, the next wasn't that much better but the front door lady said that was my only other option. The grass was unkept and high. There were stains on the floor boards, no hot water. My mother and I took some time to clean the room after learning we wouldn't be getting a refund. Also the room key rarely worked. Lastly the pictures they use to advertise are very old. It wasn't all negative, there is a pollo tropical across the street and the location is near to shops, etc.

Never got to the room. Requested an accessible room because my husband doesn’t walk or do stairs. They reserved a regular room on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken. So we had no way to access it. They stated no other rooms were available. So we had to call other hotels looking for a room. Our flight was delayed so we did arrive late. But we had called the hotel and they stated that would not be a problem. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything to help us. Very disappointed in Expedia for no help. We had booked a stay for 2 nights. Will probably not book through them again. It was not our fault the airline had delayed our flight. We then found another room and had to pay a second Lyft to take us there. Expedia was of no help!

Upon arrival, there were several cops in the parking lot . I wouldn’t have even stayed here, but my father booked a reservation for me without my permission or knowledge. There were several dirty needles around the property and a promethazine bottle. I informed the young lady that I might need to stay one more day just because at the moment I am currently houseless and she informed me rudely about the checkout policy. Alsi I mentioned to her that I wasn’t feeling well and moving kind of slowly. She proceeded to bang on the door and demand that I leave or else she would call the police. I was literally packing up to leave And she was trying to rush me, as if I was gonna make me move quickly. She then threatened to call the police on me and put me on do not reserve list. That was completely unnecessary because after the experience I had I would never book a reservation with this hotel or any affiliate of it ever again. I will say that there were two other associates and male any young lady is working Thanksgiving evening that we’re quite nice so they were the only bright spot of the entire duration of my stay. If anybody wants to discuss this further with me, I will be recording all communication to my legal team.

I will never stay at this location again. The pics were nice but it wasn’t what I expected. The room was too small, it smelled like straight cigarettes the bed blanket had cigerette holes in them the inside lock looked broken from the loose screws , people were hanging outside on the balcony smoking marijuana, sound like the people in the next room were arguing
