Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here. The cleaning staff stole my tennis shoes I live in Wisconsin. It was -10° and I had to go home and sandals. The manager did not care. He tried to blame it on the people who stayed in the room after me. He took his time helping me to recover them. He had an attitude. The Supervisor has an attitude the front desk has an attitude they don’t give you all the information you need. The place that sells food there is stealing from the people every day she charged me over five dollars for one meal every meal. She was charging people more money. I talk to other people at the hotel they said the same thing they are cheating people and this is a place that is mostly elderly people because it’s for timeshares that’s what they do. They sell timeshares for the property there so the people that rent a room there they offer the timeshare to them. It’s a scam. There were so many complaints about the rooms being dirty, never cleaned.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here. This is a timeshare place once you rent the place then they try to sign you up for the timeshare. The cleaning crew stole my tennis shoes I live in Wisconsin. It was -10° and I had to go home with flip-flops the food service overcharged me every single time one time overcharged by five dollars. I talked to other people that were there. They overcharged them as well. Each time people were complaining left and right about their rooms not being clean. I experienced the shower pressure water was terrible. They didn’t have enough towels in there. The water didn’t drain right. Management is terrible staff at the front desk is terrible. they don’t tell you the amenities when you first check in. They aren’t kind and inviting the security guard was about the most amazing person that was at the establishment very kind, considerate and helpful. The one thing I liked is it’s accessible to the beach. They sell food and drinks right there so you don’t have to walk too far but them stealing my shoes and not caring was ridiculous.

The rooms were a little dated but clean. The front desk staff was extremely rude. The last day that we were there we got chemical burns from theJacuzzi and our bathing suit bottoms were completely bleached. We were not the only people that this happened to that day. I reached out twice to customer service via email and got zero response. This hotel has the worst customer service and the worst front desk staff. We decided to extend our stay for late checkout and when we went to get our keys updated the girl at the front desk rolled her eyes that she had to reprogram them. I have never stayed at a hotel with such bad front desk service. The highlight of this day was the guard. He was the nicest, sweetest man and he is the only thing that made our stay decent.

Room was not clean. No housekeeping. Towel exchange only available on Mondays and Thursdays. The door of the Mini fridge in room would not close resulting in huge buildup of ice - - suggests that no one checked room in a long time. Some clothing of prior guest was found in the room - - again suggesting that room had not been checked. Room itself was quite old, has obviously not been upgraded in a long time. Only redeeming qualities were the location - - right on the boardwalk and the beach, and the pool and hot-tub.
