Tuve que ir el bien por la noche a buscar yo mismo a la caja de las cosas de la cocina, porque a pesar de qué lo dije en el checking, nunca me la llevaron, tuve que ir yo misma a buscar la caja y llevármela yo además en el desayuno, poquitas cosas, casi nada había casi todo estaba vacío, esa mujer no pone casi nada para ya a última hora, ya como cerca de media hora, quizás antes de entrar a a que se acabe el desayuno, ya no hay prácticamente nada, y parece un perro ahí vigilando que uno no coja un plátano demás o una barrita demás, como siempre desayuno en un desastre, por lo demás, más o menos todo bien

Liked that it is walkable near the oceanfront and to Options of restaurants, family friendly boardwalk and activities. What I don’t like is we were place to a busy and loud street, where you can hear the people walking and talking and nonstop cars, my ear hurts and no peaceful sleep. The unit is ok.

Swan Building: Check in took 55 minutes standing in line! Our room was dirty- specifically the shower seat. The room stayed humid, everything was wet, and we were hot the entire stay! The safe started beeping in our room when we were trying to go to bed, and it took 2 calls and over an hour to get someone there to fix it. We were also on the second floor with no elevators or assistance, so I had to carry our luggage up for a week long trip with my young daughter. It was rough! Breakfast was minimal.. and I wasn’t aware you had to ask for cups and tissues for the room. There was soap and lotion, but nothing else.

It's great because the boardwalk and beach are only a 1/2 block away but you don't pay the the high prices you would have to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk.

Cuando entre al cuarto vi que faltaba una parte de la cortina del cuarto que da para el laundry y además la pintura del cristal justo en esa parte que daba para donde falta la cortina estaba raspada. Por lo que era muy fácil mirar desde allí para dentro del cuarto y además luz toda la noche en el laundry lo que daba luz para el cuarto too cogimos una cortina de la sala y cubrimos todo aquello aguantándola con palitos de aguantar toallas. Así fue todo el weekend. Hoy lo informamos a la oficina y esperamos resuelvan ese problema porque para los mira huecos es una buena oportunidad Sinceramente esas propiedades necesitan reparaciones urgentes. Las puertas no están bien aseguradas ni siquiera la de los clóset. Nunca hacen nada con lo que les digo después de mis reservaciones. Así que creo que es por formalidad que pregunten y too la respuesta

Desastre en los hoteles de Hollywood beach

Siguen sin hacer nada. Hoy la mujer que atiende el desayuno me regaño delante de todos porque puse dos platos y cereal en la bolsa le expliqué que no podía tener en dos manos las frutas leche café queso crema etc le demostré que no podía porque después que sales no te deja entrar a coger nada so hay que cogerlo todo de una vez. Grosera y piensa que eso es de ella no usa guantes para organizar los panes y sus manos están sucias de manipular tus tarjetas de cada huésped y otras cosas. Solo una silla para comer en el cuarto. No detergente en el set de cocina. Las puertas de las habitaciones no están seguras No arreglan lo que uno dice así que para que piden criterios. Mi amiga tuvo que dormir con calor porque el aire no funcionaba y querían cobrarle un fee diario por darle otra habitación y como no te dicen que puedes pedir platos cubiertos etc tuvo que salir a comprar todo. Al otro día tuvo que perder su tiempo en buscar ayuda porque no durmieron. Me gusta Hollywood pero es una lastima que no cambien a la mujer del desayuno para uno tener que levantarse temprano porque ahora es de 8 a 9 y disgustarse con su actitud mal educada y abusiva parece que ella y el hombre blanco de barba son los dueños. No somos limosneros con hambre. Pero si dicen tener desayuno free es para poder tranquilamente ir coger lo que uno desea y con buena actitud y guantes nos atienden. Le dijo a otra que no podía coger más de dos panes porque faltaba más personas. Y regaña a cualquiera que quiera

Llovió y se me mojó lo que tenía en la mesa. El desayuno terminó a las 9. No se puede dormir la mañana y antes de esa hora esa mujer ya tiene recogido cosas y cubierto con nylon pan etc no deja que entre nadie ni a coger un café a las 9:02. Tiene muy mal carácter ni que eso fuera de ella. Creo no leen los comentarios porque siempre lo repito y no hacen nada. Una sola silla en la habitación para comer. La pintura del techo cayendo en la mesa de comer no hay agua en la ducha de la piscina llegamos cinco para las 9 y no había casi nada de comer. Ella con una cara de genio que ni buenos días dice y así pide propina en un pozuelo. Muchas personas quejándose. Solo una hora para desayunar y ella empieza a recoger y vaciar todo antes y como si fuera un favor que nos hace dándonos esa miseria protestando. Si un desea comer algo después que ya sales a las mesas no te deja entrar. Quizás no lo escriben en los comentarios pervan a perder huéspedes sino mejoran Ahora que tenemos que despertar a las 8 no me siento bien. Voy a descansar y despertar cuando desee. He ido muchas veces y siempre tengo que decir lo mismo de ella y no toman medidas. Ahora peor que quiere terminar de recoger a las 9. Muy desagradable ella. No arreglan el techo y se mojo todo en la mesa al llover

La vi pintura del techo cayendo. Tuve que quitarle la ducha para que saliera agua suficiente. Las toallas finitas no secaban y soltando pelusas. Una sola banqueta para sentarse. No nos dieron las cosas de la cocina
