Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in took a few minutes to wait in line but no crazy wait. Pool/common areas were small but we spent our time at the beach anyways. Parking was very cheap here compared to surrounding areas. Breakfast was great and there were many food and beverage options.

The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade. No clothing hangers in the bathroom, just one for the towels. Breakfast was ok. Karen was very professional, but the general manager lacks a lot of customers relations ethics. He referred to my wife as "mamita" and touched her on her shoulder. That's totally unacceptable. He behaved more like a third world policeman than a general manager. We would like to find out how to file a formal complaint and request a full refund of the reservation.

It's great because the boardwalk and beach are only a 1/2 block away but you don't pay the the high prices you would have to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk.

Liked that it is walkable near the oceanfront and to Options of restaurants, family friendly boardwalk and activities. What I don’t like is we were place to a busy and loud street, where you can hear the people walking and talking and nonstop cars, my ear hurts and no peaceful sleep. The unit is ok.
