Front desk guys were friendly and helpful...the room was clean and comfortable...nice touch putting coat/bag/hat hanger on the wall when you come in...my wife loved that touch. Loved there cookies at the front and the coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Would definitely return.

The facility is contemporary and nicely updated. The room and breakfast area were spotless (and I'm verrry picky).I was on the 9th floor and had a very quiet and peaceful night. The self serve breakfast had ample choices to please all. The only negative comment is the location, its not ideal. A little sketchy with panhandling and homeless a few blocks away. I won't walk to/from the hotel.

From we arrived there was an issue with the toilet flushing. The first person who attempted to fix this accused me of “using too much paper” I was insulted knowing the toilet never flushed properly from start. It took two days an a more qualified person to find the cause and remedy the problem. Never the less, this was a huge blow to our experience. Conversely the front desk was awesome and the reason why my review only omitted 1 star.
