Remote control tv did not work. Bathroom sink was flooded. I called front desk, answering machine only. I paid greater than the usual amount, $45.00 a day. I paid $85.00 a day. The premise is dirty and there is no housekeeping. I bagged the room trash, the garbage is picked up in front of the room door. I left early 10:00am, some males came to the door to talk to me & look at the room, they escorted me out. Green Seas motel is usually okay. Men said the room #4 was the only available room. I was not reimbursed for any inconveniences.

You need $50 cash deposit. If you don’t have cash, there is an ATM in the lobby. There are a whole block of hotels belonging to RICHARDS. The room furnishings are basic, but clean.

The place was cute but I woke up in back pain every day because of the mattress but it was a blessing to have a roof over my head and it was absolutely a safe place it’s was a good price tho and in the middle of everything.
