The room itself was perfect—very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is. I slept great, and the shower was excellent. There were also some thoughtful little touches that weren’t necessary but were appreciated (like big coffee cups!). The location couldn’t be better. I won't stay anywhere else when I come to Hollywood!

Only 2 rooms have an ocean view but their is a shared balcony area where everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach view. There is a locked gate at the main entrance which is great for safety. Do not bring big bags as you must walk up an inclined narrow staircase. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot, overall wonderful. If you are planning on cooking there is not much in the kitchen but who cooks with so many good restaurants.

This place ticks all the boxes, and then some! The staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating when some airline/weather snafus presented some last minute arrival issues. Customer service at Golden Sand is top notch! Thanks so much, Tony! The room is clean and well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay. The oceanfront room has a great view of the beach. Yes, there is some music heard from a downstairs restaurant, but it ends promptly at 11. It did not present any inconvenience and I'd happily stay here again.

Tony was very communicative took care of a small issue we had quickly . The location was perfect and it was awesome to be able to sit on the terrace and see the sunrise . The motel was outdated but the room was spotless and the beds comfy and had all the necessities .
