Room was adequate, however roadnoise requires the use of ear plugs to gey to sleep. Breakfast companions complained of pubics hairs in supposedly freshly made rooms Also, ants crawling out of the wall outlets doesn't make for a pleasant ecoerience. Very disappointing for a BW Plus hotel.

Checked in given a room key that didn't work. Couple in the elevator said they were gjven that room also and the key never worked. Asked for a quiet room and we were the closest to the highway with extreme traffic noise all night. Will never come back or recommend.

The lady was nice at the front desk. The first room the gave me had food on the floor and by the microwave so I went downstairs to tell her, she immediately gave me another room! I really am not use to dirty. The walls are dirty as well as the stools and I cleaned my shower and you can see the dirt on the cameras! I literally went outside to sleep in my car in after midnight. The Costa was booked. I’m sorry I couldn’t give this a better review but this is not a place I would stay again and those elevators need to be inspected because elevator one won’t go to certain floors you have to send it to 6 and then the other one will come down! So inconvenient

Ice machine still not working after a week. Our room didn’t have a microwave, and the first room we were in did not have a refrigerator. And when checking in, it took roughly an hour to get our room. When we finally got to the room, the key wouldn’t work so we had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get new ones

There are no plugs by the bed. We had to use an extension cord to plug in cpap. They have free airport shuttle but they don’t answer the phone when you call. I tried three times and then took an uber. Not impressed with this hotel at all, especially for the price. There is a hole in the chair. Blinds in some of our peoples room don’t work. I would highly recommend you don’t stay here. It’s pricey and not good.
