This place was pretty terrible. It advertises a bar and restaurant. The restaurants is permanently closed, and the bar was closed the day of our arrival. The bathroom door would not close. At all. Uncomfortable beds

Room clean, staff nice, and cozy. You can hear outside noises from inside the room, but it wasn’t bothering. My only concern was parking because if 1 car takes up 2 spots then there wouldn’t be enough parking space.

Beds had hair in them. At first the front desk staff was unable to help. As we were about to leave to another hotel they came to brought is clean linens. Seriously?? Changing the sheets in hotel room is basic 101 house keeping stuff. I should be paid to stay in this room

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well managed. The front desk staff member Maya and Richard are extremely helpful. The helped us with luggage and went out their way to help us with arranging taxi and Uber rides. And they use their own cattle to provide hot water for us (all seniors). Their kindness is deeply appreciated. By the way, the lobby is extremely small in space, impossible for us to temporarily store luggage for a few hours when we arrive from the pier before the normal check-in time.

Limited amenities, receptionist only filled coffee and cream half way to slow down people using it. Bartender significantly overcharged 2 people in our group which we could not resolve. Bar was out of common items like diet doda and people that knew the bartender were allowed to come behind the bar to serve themselves. Housekeeping never came to clean our room.

I would like to start off by saying that I’m the type of individual that doesn’t need much to be ok. When entering this hotel the front entrance was dirty, pool wasn’t kept at all. Behind the hotel there was trash everywhere In the booth where you are to check -in we sew roaches!!! Second, the receptionist told us if we wanted to check in early it would be $50. She was very nasty with us because we saw the roaches. After doing a thorough check-of everything we decided NOT to stay in this dump. We had to walk and find somewhere else to stay.Second, the this hotel was clean (Plunge)no more !!!
