The toilet was plugged, the AC sounded like a jet engine, the tv signal was horrible, the tv channels were not programmed correctly and the worst is was the sewage smell from the treatment plant next door. Gross!

We have been charged for the internet usage during our stay. We were not informed that there would be daily fees for using the web. We actually used our cellular data for a safer connection. Our usage of the hotel's internet was minimal. But we were charged without our knowledge.
