Bathroom looked terrible and studio kitchen needed an upgrade. It looked a mess and I didn’t change rooms because the other rooms probably looked the same way. Someone came to the desk and asked to change rooms because her tub looked a mess like mine did.

Everything !! the hotel would not accept my form of payment which was cash. I had No credit card with me on the trip. The place was absolutely filthy; the staff was unfriendly. They could care less if you stayed or not. Disgusting place

unfortunately it was a total disaster - we got to the property only to be told they are double booked and had no rooms available. they had no solution and didn't even try to assist. Travelling to a strange country - ensuring that accommodations are booked in advance only to be turned away & then no assistance with trying to reach expedia. we drove all the way to Miami just trying to find somewhere to stay - we had to resort to sleeping in our van for the night. very discouraging and disappointing :-( will NEVER book with this brand

First I went to check in and the front desk told me that the hotel it was over overpack or then my reservation they could not find it or nothing and they could not do nothing for me then I was ready to leave and they came outside looking for me there they were they make a mistake and also the room that they gave me I have never see a woman like that before all the cabinets they were peeling off and I don't even shower there I'm not even want to use the restroom do nothing there how your s stayed outside into late at my friend's house and then I went and lay down for a couple hours and then I left but it was the first and the last time I stayed in that place

Room smells. Not clean. Room is studio but the stoves are broken not even put in. Paid for studio price but did not get to use the stoves. Breakfast as only coffee and hot water. Bed sheets is duty.

The saff was great but the room was terrible and look like it needed a massive upgrade, the pictures and the room were not the same. It felt unsafe as a solo traveler. There was a toilet outside and broke down car in the parking lot.
