The Elita is one of my faves due to the boutique hotel style and location. The pool is always clean as well as the rooms. The staff is also very communicative if you need anything.

This is an excellent spot less than 1 block from Ft. Lauderdale Beach and nightlife! The room was a great size for an extended stay of 5 days with an eat in kitchen area, sink, fridge, micro, countertops for storing goods. Great communication with virtual staff and parking availability. Overall a solid 4.5. Would have been a 5 or silverware and washcloths were provided, walls are paper thin though we had good neighbors, and the pool wasn't closed down for 2 days. An excellent stay. Would highly recommend.
