The worst experience in a hotel. I mean this is a Doubletree(Hilton) by it felt like a motel 6. Toilet clogged up 3 times. had to go to lobby to se bathroom, it was not even 11 Pm and the lady cleaning the bathroom said it was closed. By the way no one on the cleaning, maintenance crew spoke a word of English. Ended up using the men's bathroom. On the way up to my room on the 3rd floor the elevator kept passing the 3rd floor, all the way up and all the way down back to Lobby. Once at Lobby a gentleman walked in, which worked there, and again spoke no English, but saw my frustration and said FOB. WHAT FOB? I did not have a FOB, only my room card key. No one gave us a fob. Do the elevators shut down after a certain time?? Anyhow he placed hi FOB and I was able to get to the 3rd floor. The Elevator Lobby ceiling fixtures were so dirty. Looks like they replaced them, but did not use the same canopy, so there was a hole in the ceiling.
Our room looks like it was remodeled. The bathroom did not have a sink inside, it was right outside of the tub and toilet area, BUT since it did not have the sink they decided to place the toilet paper holders on the far wall where the sink should have been, which was at least 3; away. You had to stretch over while sitting on the toilet to get your toilet paper. The trashcans had some contraption inside of it, dividing into 2 sections, but they were so small that one regulars take out container did not fit. The access panel to the AC was expos
