This will be the last time I stay here, it was our go to place. Never again! Sheets were dirty, smelly and had hair and what looked like semen stains. Disgusting!!!!!! Felt unsafe since windows were unlocked. Towels were stained and just looked dirty. Dead flies stuck to blinds. Just an overall disappointed. I understand maintenance issues but cleaning should not be an issue specially sheets and towels for guests.

Our 2nd stay here. Great location/safe area on the boardwalk, a short walk to entertainment/food/bars. Staff is fantastic and quick when you ask for additional items. They were quick to respond to check-in questions. Clean rooms and outside is maintained well. Dolphin offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation at a very reasonable rate. Will be back next year.

While some units have been remodeled, others needed to be badly! We were in unit 5, and it was the worst shower I've ever used. However - the location of the Dolphin and the hotel and staff itself were great. I will stay there again, but will be sure to request an updated room.

We couldn’t get into our room because we didn’t know there were two doors. The person in the office was continuously hammering on the wall while we were trying to nap. $75 charge in case damage when no one even told us about this. Over all we were not pleased and won’t be staying there again. When we finally were able to get in the front door was unlocked and we found someone laying on the couch asleep. They got up and left. Didn’t feel safe at all and neither did my wife

Older motel but one filled with character. The best feature was it was extremely close to the beach but without the noise. Rooms were a bit minimalist but everything was tidy and clean with some effort being made to modernize the bathroom. Eds were comfortable. It was our 3rd trip back to this hotel. Good value in a good location.

The proximity to the beach was EVERYTHING. It is a little run down, but it felt clean and comfortable, and I loved that I could do my laundry ($2 in quarters to run the dryer). The office staff was wonderful!

TV did not work no hot water Air Conditioner not working properly had to leave early because i could not stay under those conditions lost my anniversary week end had to drive back to Orlando at night .This place ruined everything for us and no one to speak to to complain
