Seriously over priced. You're paying for proximity to the beach, which was great. Room was clean, but sparse and incredibly outdated. Front desk staff was stressed and a mix of kind or snippy. Breakfast was a small amount of time serving guests from ALL their hotel properties (so expect to walk). And the breakfast staff was downright rude. Didn't bother me that she was rude to me but she was rude my kids. Unacceptable. We won't be staying there again and would advise others against it.

Finding where to check in was confusing, but once we were able to get our keys and to our rooms - everything was good. It is an older hotel with some updates but the overall vibe is fun and relaxing. The location is outstanding.
