Room was filthy and I waited over a hour at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. I went to the front desk to request a room change and was met with nothing but rudeness and extremely unprofessional staff. I was ignored for about 5-10 minutes while the staff went to the back talking and laughing after I made my complaint about the cleanliness of the room. One lady eventually came out and told me I was given keys to a room that someone else was occupying and that is why it was not clean!?!?! The new room they gave me was still not clean with what seemed to be mold on the ceiling and stains over all the furniture. Overall I would never stay at this location again and the experience as a whole has tainted my thoughts of The Best Western chain.

Airport shuttle was easy to find. Air conditioning in the room nearly froze me to death. Unable to control the thermostat so we had to place a towel over the AC unit to warm up. Otherwise, the stay was nice. Will book again.

The staff was amazing and genuinely tried their best. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle wasn’t running during the time we needed it, which was disappointing since the free shuttle was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The first room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned, and the entire floor smelled strongly of marijuana. It took about an hour before we were moved to another room, which had large stains on the furniture. I’m not sure what a blacklight would’ve revealed about the bed — but at least it was comfortable. If the hotel replaced the worn furniture and addressed the smoking issue, it would be a much better experience. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with two restaurants and a gas station within walking distance, and it’s close to the highway for easy travel.

there was no hair dryer in room. the girls at the front were kind but after calling twice and walking down with wet hair, we gave up. we asked for two extra towels and they said that they only had one. the shower doo wouldnt close. i dont typically leaves reviews but it wasnt the best stay. the elevator was stuck and I asked for a room on first floor after seeing this happen and they said they couldnt offer that. I wouldn’t ever stay again.

The shuttle to and from the airport ends at midnight. The shuttle to the cruise terminal is $15-20 per person, on a bus. Rideshare is $18-20 for two people. Staff was nice enough, but disinterested. Breakfast was not appealing--we walked two blocks to a McDonald's.
