Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Impossible living area

First off we weren’t able to check in at 1:00 or 3:00 like we were told. Finally when we were able to get in we found a dead cockroach, found drawers with mouse poop and to top it off we had gone grocery shopping and half of our supplies were ruined due to an infestation of bugs. I would not recommend this place to even a homeless person.
