Property was good however the room did not have some basic toiletries that are expected in a hotel room. That was my only issue everything else was fine. I will say on the side of the street where the hotel was looked really safe. On the other side of the street looked very questionable.

Room was not the one we booked. Had to sleep on the floor- they did not offer to reimburse or even waive parking fee for the night. Requested a room changed but they stated they were booked out and gave us blankets to sleep on the floor. Did not even have a rollaway bed we could use states the hotel doesn’t have those.

Room services, front desk and valet staff were all very good. Though not anything staff can do about it, check-in is on the second floor and there are no rooms there. I don’t do elevators, but I was assisted with determining a stairs route that allowed me to not have to.

The hotel itself was nice, modern, and clean. My BIG issue was the noise from the rooftop pool area blaring music until 2AM. If you are on the upper floors you're room will be thumpin'! You have 2 options- go join the party or request another room on a lower floor. Initially, I was on the 7th floor- this room was great aside from the music coming from the pool area. The next morning I requested a room on the lower floors- this room was not great. I was moved into a smaller room on the street side of the building and, believe me when I say, you can hear every single vehicle that passes by and it is almost as annoying as the music. Additionally, the AC in that room was rattling like crazy and was highly unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here unless you are just trying to party. If you are on business or have kids, go find somewhere else.

Staff was exceptional My only complaint was the late checkout was slightly more expensive for an additional two hours. My flight was delayed leaving late so I was only able to extend until 1 PM. Other than that location was outstanding I will be staying there again. Twice a year.

Rodrigo from Valet was probably the most welcoming staff at the property. Made the experience great for us. Great location, fair value but could be better. The place was clean but not your family friendly place. There is loud music at night and a rooftop pool contributed to that. Parking was expensive nearly $40/day. We were told we could get a late checkout if we signed up for a free membership, did not happen. Housekeeping did ok, random towel missing and didn't really feel like they did a full clean. The AC was louder than usual, seems like the individual units are in the rooms and it blew right in your face all night long. We had to add some towels to divert airflow. Entertainment was great, big flat screen TV. Great view from the balcony and plenty of seats. The area is great and the restaurants nearby are amazing. With all the added costs like parking, I'd recommend somewhere oceanfront.

I was very happy with the property, especially the dining option and rooftop pool. The only problem I had was that on the weekend there are parties at the pool. The drum and bass music boomed and shook walls til 1:45 am. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything since the party was booked through the restaurant. I only had 2 hrs sleep before leaving for the airport
