We don’t really use the pool and yard ourselves so expect privacy.


Queen bed, Desk,Tv Iron & hair dryer 24H automatic check in so we don't have to be home when you arrive :) FREE parking in drive way 3 miles from beach, 15 min Drive to airport. Easy location for Uber & Lyft. All blankets and bedding washed between each guest. Room also has your own Private bathroom , Separate from rest of the house. Central A/c & Room has its own private A/C so you should never be hot. Hurricane doors and window's for added peace and quite You have your own PRIVATE door to get in. Close to the malls & bars and nice restaurants. 3lines of bus pass the house. Easy bus line to Ft Lauderdale schools Close to the mall bars and nice restaurants. Smoking is ok outside or smoking what is legal is some USA states is allowed outside.We do not do it and have no idea were get . Nice quite place FREE parking in drive way for 2 of your cars. We have a very nice place in sunny Florida that has a wonderful back yard and amenities for you to enjoy and your one guest to use. Including Pool and outdoor furniture. The Room and grounds are for the people that are renting the room & property are NOT for parties or outside guest. Most people say the back yard is like a Resort property. Smoking is ok outside only since we have allergies.
Guest will be given a electronic pass code to enter the room so long as all guest have provided government id in this app 7 days in advance of the stay with noting crossed out in a clear pic, id can also be sent to my personal cell phone listed.

Guest have access to room & Entire Back yard, pool, room had Wireless internet that’s not a guarantee service in cases of act of god outages , Hammock and outdoor furniture, Guest can feed the fish in back yard every morning if they wish. If guest happen to be staying wile the fruit trees are blooming they will be welcomed to enjoy some. You room is very private and door locks from rest of the house. You room will NOT be accessed unless you ask me to. If you need something please ask in person call or send a text.Your privacy and enjoyment for your stay is most important we give limited interaction with us in person for your privacy.Guest staying will be given my phone number so the can call or text me with any questions or concerns, Once guest depart please let us know Via text or phone call so we can prepare ASAP for next guest The neighborhood is located on east side of town near beaches and the nightlife for a very convenient walking access to local Dog parks, Jogging Parks and Easterlin Park that is a 46.6-acre Designated Urban Wilderness Area with nature trails lakes and ponds full of Florida wild life and things to do. Easy bus lines to Ft Lauderdale schools or las Olas Nigh life, Uber,Lift local Taxis are inexpensive to Wilton manors or downtown. Enterprise rental car is right down the street and can also pick you up for free at the house. GREAT APP CALLED AROUNDME… IT SHOW ALL STORES,COFFEE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND HOW FAR. Thanks
There is no use of washer or dryer unless guest stay with 7 days or more and supply there own choice of liquid soaps. No dry soaps ever.
Check out is 11am sharp.
check in is 2pm or after codes are give at 2pm or a few hours before on arrival day,
No candles outside fires or fire touches of any kind allowed. No coffee pots if any kind.BBQ grills use allowed on premises due Liability issues.
All blankets and sheets are washed between all guest, we supply 2 showering towels for each person,
Room has Tv, microwave & refrigerator. Room has instant how water maker and cold water filter.
NO CATS & No pets allowed due to Owner severe major allergies that effect the safety and well being of property owner safety and well being of health.

Pool guy come for 15min Wednesday noontime.
Lawn guy comes for 15 min. Every monday am. Outside house common areas front back and side have security cameras that aren’t shared unless issue happen that’s used to monitor the landscapes pool tech and pond techs or if issue happen.
