We loved our stay! We went for a bachelorette and it was so nice having our own place to relax. There are beach chairs and a beach buggy to use making our beach excursions so easy. Then we got to wind down in the pool at night and be in our own space.

What a wonderful week for our family, ranging from the ages of 2 to 61! The location was fabulous for great restaurants, beaches, and water taxi. The pool was absolutely wonderful for the warm Fort Lauderdale weather. We found an Uber driver that took us to and from our destinations that were not walkable with a simple text that made for a smooth experience. Perfect week! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

This was our second visit to Casa Cocconut. Such a beautiful home in quiet gated community. Brian and Ali are great hosts easy to contact. House really well stocked with everything you require for a lovely stay. Excellent pool and patio area. Beach a 5 min walk away and grocery store 2 min drive. Highly recommend!!

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. My family and I come to Fort Lauderdale at least twice a year and we will definitely book this home again. Although it was only my husband and I this time, we will surely be back.
