Positives: room was clean Check in was easy. Parking was ok for additional $21 nightly fee. Negatives: Little fridge was so loud No working light over the mirror in the bathroom Room Was loud till 2 am because of the bar The bed was very uncomfortable, the middle of the bed was caved inward The shower water took like 5 min and it was not even hot. The worse part was when my wife and I were having an intimate moment when the housekeeping staff was relentlessly knocking and asking for Mary even after we responded then after several minutes she returned again and this time used her key to enter the room while we were in out birthday suits!!!! When we checked out we informed the front desk and she said I'm sorry and I will check into that So do with this information what you like

Perfectly located with an Amazing staff. The rooms are quaint and make for a restful experience. The Tiki Bar is the perfect escape with the most economical drinks on the pier.

Staff was great and were able to help us check in early, which we are grateful for! Room is cute, well maintained, full kitchen. Location was excellent for beach access. Tiki bar onsite was a fun touch though we didn’t get to go there in a one-might stay. There was music but we did not hear it at all where our room was - it was very quiet for Hollywood beach!

Terrible…smelly, tired, bathroom light didn’t work, broken stove in room, blinding LEDs, TV with about 4 stations that went in and out….this is not a ‘resort’ more like a 2 star motel. We reserved for 2 nights. Got in late the night of check-in so had to stay there that night, checked out as soon as I could the next day, couldn’t bear it another night. When I told the front desk about my issue they didn’t seem surprised and offered no resolution.

Best location! Great for a party weekend. If you want quiet/relaxing stay…don’t stay here. Incredibly loud from beach contests-picture of megaphones with huge speakers waking you up at 8:30 AM. The band and or DJ starts early and ends very late. It was nicely updated and mostly clean. Floors could use a little love. Just walking from bathroom to bed makes your feet black. Check-in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. Again, the location is amazing because it’s right on the beach. I would stay there again. I had earplugs so had little difficulty sleeping.

There was no Hot water in our entire stay not at night nor in morning. Room was very cold and no extra blanket in the room We were cold and could not get warm.
