EXCELLENT!! Checked in Friday, 10/10/2025 & stayed until Monday 10/13/2025. Used to live in the area, so already had a general idea. I was beyond thrilled with the property, and my room in particular. Il I booked the Exclusive Suite because i wanted something larger than usual, that would give my friend & I plenty of space without being on top of each other, or going over my budget. Room 217 will forever be the room i want on my next stay! Its right up the stairs from their Tiki Bar. I was expecting a balony - completely blown away by a full-sized patio that overlooks Surf Road (awesome for people-watching). Andy is the manager and he seems born for this job; when i called directly to reserve parking, he 1), volunteered that an early arrival is fine, and 2) offered a discount to stay an extra day, if i wanted. Andy is a super-fun guy, i kinda fell in love with him after 3 minutes on the phone! As to staff - there was a minor lightbulb issue when we first got in the room. Called front desk, it was resolved within 45 minutes. The Tiki bartenders were so, so cool to be around. Big shout-out to Pedro, Cristina, and Bruna !! There were a couple drawbacks I noticed. Biggest one was beach towels. I'd actually called ahead to check if it's best best to bring my own (coming from Tampa to H'wood)

The ac in our room didn’t work, the maintenance man Adrian was rude, on the way to the room, he stopped to flirt with a cleaning lady for 5 minutes then when he entered our room stayed on his phone talking to a friend for 10 minutes completely ignoring me and did nothing. The women at front desk was great,he was horrible. Will NEVER patronize this place again.

The restrooms were very small. Smells moldy and our refrigerator didnt work. We didnt realized it until next morning. Also the parking. Make sure u read the messages they sent about the place and its at the very end they tell u about the parking is very limited. Its cheaper if u reserve through them or its very expensive. I made a mistake and not read to the end. Thats why i gave 3 stars. Things like that needed attention at the beginning or separate message

The Tiki bar was an excellent added benefit of stying at the propwety. Thw bartenders were we exceptionally friendly and helpful.thw Manager, Andy was also commendable. Out of my 6 visits to tgw beaches this summer, this was rhw most memorable!
