The hotel is in a good location. Convenient for cruise guests. It is dated and in need of refurbishing. Although some refurbishing has been done such as in the bathroom, the carpets in the rooms and hallways show their age along with the doors in the bedrooms. Check in was convenient. Arrived 10 am from a cruise and had early check in for $25. That was a real plus. Pricing for the room was good when compared to other hotels. Walking to the beach and eateries was easy.

Clean room great staff. Food was fantastic. Pool was very nice. Easy to walk to town an beach. Called cab for us at 5 am on our request. There were loud kids slamming doors a running. My husband went down a said will take it till 10. There kids but we leave early. Dead silent at 9:30!! Place is 4.7

Generally not bad, but the hotel itself is a bit old and tired. My biggest issue was the lack of sound-proofing between adjoining rooms. We had a double-door between us and the next room, and absolutely no insulation with those doors. Both nights we had issues -- first with guests who cranked their TV, then with a young kid who wouldn't stop talking until midnight. Had to call the front desk twice. The TV and the kid might as well have been in our room, because we heard everything. They also should replace their bartender -- grumpiest, least helpful guy I've ever met. Decent breakfast buffet -- nice guy looking after that section. They also don't respond to emails sent to them through Expedia. Sent them a couple of questions 2 months before we checked in and nada, even after I resent them a couple of times. Disappointing.
