Only that the pool was closed. Luis in the bar area is amazing as far as customer service! He really seems to enjoy doing what he's doing. Glad there is an airport shuttle. Room was very clean!

Staff at check in were rude...One was caught throwing my delivered packages into the hallway from the storage room. Which was appalling since she could have broken items and I paid for them.The hot water was hot, the fridge and microwave was plus. The Tv had limited channels especially when it was raining out nothing to watch...I work remotely the wifi was appreciated but had no table and chair area to work from or eat in the room...Additionally, nothing aboutbthe hotel was explained 🤔 like what time was breakfast was breakfast was paid or grab and go-never had any breakfast on property had no information....or that there was a fee for packages...what time was check out..that ice machines are only on even floors...also at check out I was not emailed a bill or given one so I know what was charged to my card...overall mediocre stay..won't stay again

I loved this motel and was amazed by the large room and overall experience. The only 2 improvements I would suggest. 1. The room smelled like wet dog. I understand letting pets in but the room should be properly cleaned after said stay 2. They charge $$$ for breakfast.
