Only that the pool was closed. Luis in the bar area is amazing as far as customer service! He really seems to enjoy doing what he's doing. Glad there is an airport shuttle. Room was very clean!

There were some staff that would go out of their way to ensure I felt seen and would ask questions like "How you doing?" or "Anything I could help you with?" meanwhile some other staff members looked as if they were irritated by my presence even being there. I had a hold for incidentals which should have deducted any charges to the room for breakfast etc. Unfortunately I was still charged for things charged to the room and though it's been a week and wass told I'd receive the hold released in 3-5 business days I haven't received anything. Tried to complain about the room nothing was done. Called to speak with accounting and was put on a hold twice where one of the calls I was hung up on... called back just to be told with attitude "well it must have been someone else I just got here and you'll be given a call back". Again, a few days now and still waiting... just overall did not enjoy this location's stay.. Hence why I left a day early. I thought after explaining this to someone at front desk at least I'd get a day's partial refund or something. Nope. Yeah.. just not good stay.

It was a nice hotel area was not as what I expected nice size room I like the housekeeping change my sheets after one night I did not like the parking situation I was blocked in my parking space for over 35 minutes and I had somewhere to be parking is horrible there breakfast is not come with the room parking is also $7 per night breakfast is $15 per adult anybody hotel I have always stayed in breakfast was a part of the rate of the room this was a different idea at the Sheraton other than that it's a nice day I would not stay again because of the area and the parking. Oh yeah sheets were not good or should I say the blanket.

Quiet Stay

Our stay was great as far as a one night-er. It's seems like a very popular hotel that is just right of the interstate. It was quiet and clean from what we encountered. We did however, feel they need more parking availability. There were allot with sunshades up and so we think they were there while the owners were on a cruise. Hotels do that as it's included whether toy stay there, so a good idea to check before booking. I believe they don't have complimentary breakfast for guests unless you pay$15 for adults and i think $8 for kids(not sure). Other than that, it was a very nice stay. There's lots of restaurants and stores nearby for anything you need.
