They were painting on all floors. The carpet had paint splatters and you had to be careful not to get fresh paint on yourself or luggage. When upgrades are needed the hotel should be closed while the work is being done.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby was very dusty, stony paint smell everywhere like a construction zone. A guest woke us up at 6:00 AM, fighting with her partner in the hallway, that lasted at least an 1hr. We missed that little breakfast they serve because the front desk didn’t say it ends at 9:00😏. Bad experience
