Summary:
Second floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Amenities such as the washer/dryer combination unit took 3 hours to dry the clothes. And we didn’t overload. Kitchen was sparsely equipped and the finish on inside of pots were scraped badly. The tv connection was terrible and we asked for help and Gerrit said he reset the modem but that didn’t solve the issue. The outside courtyard and all the walkways and stairs need to be cleaned and pressure washed. Unit was missing a smoke detector and the light over the kitchen sink was gone. It was very dark trying to cook at night. Feathers coming out of the pillows on the sofa which was worn out. For the amount of money spent for two weeks in this unit we felt it was not up to par.

Perfect beach condo, especially for the price

The place was great! ~5 minute walk to the beach, Publix, and the strip of bars and restaurants nearby. The common space and bedroom were both a good size, and very well-kept. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the price was right. Would definitely stay again!
