Staff is great. So accommodating and courteous. Be aware there is construction going on next door, so expect machine noise on the beach. The beachfront restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended. The hotel hallways are not carpeted, so it can be loud and you can hear it from your room. Would recommend this hotel!

The amenities, bar, restaurant and location were very good. The rooms need a major facelift. Our room overlooking the pool had a lot of hazards. You had to step up to get in your room. The bathtub was extremely slippery. It did not have a bath mat nor bar to grab onto. There was also another raised floorboard near bathroom that was a tripping hazard. The bathroom had no towel bars to hang your towels. The toilet was extremely low to the ground. There was an exposed pipe under the sink. The towels were not very soft. I felt the hotel was over priced.

We stayed for a long weekend with two kids under 10, and we had a great time! The resort is excellent, the staff were wonderful and very attentive. If you don’t have a car (like we didn’t) then the only draw back is that restaurants off the resort are a 15/20 min walk away.
Partial ocean view room. Live entertainment at the bar ended at 9pm.
Private beach with cocktails delivered to your sun bed.

The resort was lovely, pool was warm and the beach was great. The room service was good but when dining in the restaurant the service was not great. The room was a tad outdated, the TV was basic cable and we couldn’t use any of our own streaming services, the beds were really small (felt much smaller than a double), the walls were very thin so you could hear every word that was said in the hallway and the tub was very slow to drain causing it to fill up. Overall a great experience for the price.

Staff were friendly, the location was convenient and on the beqch and beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms were a little dated and the shades were damaged so they didn't close all the way. There were several drain flies every time we came back to the room.

Property was overall beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The music was exceptionally good and really added to the stay. Most staff members were exceptional. Rooms were beautifully decorated but they seemed unfinished. Exposed plumbing was tacky, our biggest complaint was the dirty floors making your feet black when you walk barefoot. Dinner was terrible and overpriced but appetizers and the very limited breakfast with most of the items being pre-made was good. Coffee options and smoothies were great. With just a few updates this place could be awesome.

Breakfast menu with pre-prepared. Dinner was pricey considering the quality of the food. Half of my meal was an edible. Same with my wife. Older property, paid for balcony with the lighting wouldn't work. Had to call down to maintenance to get two light bulbs for the bedroom because they were burnt out. But their appetizers and drinks were good.
