Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Television had "clean remote" from COVID days and not actual remote. This made it impossible to use smart features and we missed some big football games because of that issue. Otherwise, Deep was a great restaurant and the atmosphere was very nice.

The room was not completely clean, or cleaned. The only thing that was cleaned was the beds and new towels were replaced. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. They didn’t vacuum or wash the floors the bathrooms. Trash was removed, which is good. I also suggest the hotel replacing the beach loungers on the beach, very uncomfortable and very old and dirty. Everything else was awesome. The atmosphere of the food the drinks coffee at the coffee shop was amazing. I would rate this hotel overall five out of 10.
