Very private and tranquil waterfront setting on the south fork of the Middle River in Wilton Manors! Beautifully updated pool home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A spectacular backyard with heated salt water pool, landscaping, and more! Right on the Middle River with 75 feet of waterfront and no neighbor across allowing for total privacy in the back yard, direct access for kayaks, paddleboards, boating etc. and easy access to Wilton Drive.
No more than 3 cars can be parked at any time!
If you plan to bring your dog please pay pet fee. If pet fee is not paid but pet was brought $500 fine will be charged.

Great house

We had a great stay at this house. Very nice location and house was very clean. Pool was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Fort Lauderdale

Nice family weekend

We had a fantastic family weekend at this property. The backyard was a highlight, perfect for the dog to play and for us to relax. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a good night's sleep. The host's communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the beautiful patio and heated pool at this house, and we probably spent more time outside than in. The owner was very responsive to questions and overall the property was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport and beaches. We would stay here again.

Very Responsive

The back yard was a great place to relax even when it was raining. The river behind the pool was an added bonus. Bring bug spray. When the wind dies down the no-see-ums come out. The house smelled a bit musty when we got there but Anna came with a dehumidifier immediately and it corrected the issue within a day. The kitchen is not fully stocked. If you’re planning to make a big meal you may need to supplement with a few supplies from the local grocery store.

Excellent Property and Location

We had an excellent stay, the house was gorgeous with all the amenities included. The location was ideal and close walking distance to the beach, Lauderdale By the Sea restaurants and shops. We will be back soon!!

Stunning backyard, quiet yet close to everything!

From booking to check-out, the process and communication was very easy and respectful. The place is very well located and very well maintained. The highlight is for sure the backyard with the beautiful pool and the canal behind. We had a great time! Will book again!

The Pool, Home and Location were all amazing! Very clean and equipped with everything!

The home was the perfect stay for our group. the perfect distance away from the downtown and beach! We absolutely loved the backyard with the pool and river view especially at night with the lights! The checkin process was great and everything we needed was at the home! The manager was quick to answer any questions and very pleasant to deal with!! We will be coming back!! We had a great vacation!
