🚗 By Car (Best Option)

Driving is the most convenient way to get around. Most attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers are just a 5–15 minute drive away.

There`s free on-site parking at the property (as seen in the photos), which makes it easy if you`re renting a car.

Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are fast and widely available in this area.

🚲 By Bike

The area is mostly flat and bike-friendly, with sidewalks and some designated bike lanes.

You can bike to:

Deerfield Beach in about 20–25 minutes

Quiet Waters Park in about 10–12 minutes

Local grocery stores or cafes in 5–10 minutes

You can rent bikes from nearby rental services or apps like Lime or Nextbike (depending on availability in your area).

🚶 On Foot

This specific neighborhood is walkable for local errands or quick strolls, but walking to the beach or major attractions would be a bit far (30–40 minutes).

Nearby convenience stores, parks, or local eateries may be within a 10–15 minute walk.

🚌 Public Transit

Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
The payment of a $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
