The brand-new residence is also very secure, as access is granted via a key or access card that we’ll provide upon your arrival. You’ll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere here. This 39 m² two-room apartment (including a 9 m² private terrace equipped with a privacy screen, covered, and shaded) The air-conditioned bedroom features a 160x200 bed, a closet, and a desk with a chair (ceiling height: 2.80m). This apartment has a separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, coffee maker, and washer-dryer) and features a cabinet, a table, and two chairs. The living room features a 140x190 sofa bed and a smart TV. The private bathroom (with sink, shower, and toilet) is accessed through a closed door from the bedroom. You can enter the apartment via the main staircase or the outdoor terrace. Outside, you’ll have access to the garden and the pool. You can enjoy the air-conditioned gym and the sauna, which is accessible from the entryway. You can reach me at any time during your stay. Upon departure, please leave the apartment as clean as you found it, and be sure to empty the trash cans and the refrigerator.
