Very nice, clean & comfy. Walking distance to Old Town. The feedback regarding hearing the street traffic is true but it didn't bother me. My hubby didnt like the green EXIT light in the room bc iti kept him up. I slept right through it. tih

Parking not being close isn't the best but at least theres an unloading area in the front of the property. The wifi was unusable so that was extremely disappointing, TV only worked about 1/4 of the time due to that.

Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.

the room was clean and fairly quiet despite its busy location! Downtown was walk-able and the location was surrounded by all sorts of amenities, and there was no trouble finding parking on the side street. We did utilize the chilled water that was ready for us in the fridge and it was a little questionable, but other than that we had a great time!

On the plus side: I liked that there was free coffee available, communication with staff was excellent and the room itself was very nice and spacious. On the negative side: the room had a strong smell of insectacide due, no doubt, to the high volume of insects coming in through the front windows which are about a foot from the bed. Also, I could not adjust the air conditioning (controls are locked) so the room was hot and stuffy since I didn't want to open a window and battle more insects.
