Clerk kindly gave me first floor room close to outside entrance. Very convenient for loading and reloading car. Drain pipe below sink leaked significantly. I chose not to change rooms (as clerk offered to do), since I was only on a short overnight stay. I just used the tub faucet instead.

First, I could hear a male and female talking on the other side of the wall in the office, but had to use a phone (dial "0") twice -- letting each time ring until the hotel's answering system kicked in -- before the female checked me in. The room: I have never smelled a worse hotel room in my life. I can only describe it as a combination of cat litter box and chicken coop smell. I was exhausted from driving nearly 16 hours and just lived with it. Then I noticed the window was open (no screen on the window), heater was not on, and it was very cold in the room. The little rod that blocks the window from opening all of the way had been propped-up, allowing someone to crawl in/out of the room. No one was in the room/bathroom, thankfully. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this time it is readily deserved. I have not idea how this hotel got a 7+ rating from Hotels.com, but it must have been from management and employees having their friends leave fake review (or something).

When I got to the breakfast basically there was nothing in there… It looks like a lot of people live in the hotel. A staff member then came and added a few honey buns? And some very green bananas and maybe half a loaf of white bread.

I was disappointed in my stay this time around unfortunately. The first thing we were welcomed to when entering our room was a false eyelash piece on one of the dressers. The second was the broken fridge, we notified the front desk and they sent one of the maintemce men to come and take a look at it, he checkdd and told us it was working but that wasnt the case at all ,our food had gone spoiled because it wasn't working. The wifi service was also very poor .. i usually never have an issue . Very disappointed
