The room was reasonably clean. We were assured that 3 days into our stay our room would be cleaned without us having to ask. When that didn't happen, the manager on duty argued that such a policy didn't exist, and we had to give a day's Notice. She agreed to provide clean towels when pressed on the issue. The breakfast was adequate, but repetitious after a few days. Pillows were tiny, but we made do. The furnishings were scuffed and tired looking. Probably would have been happier with a higher level of hotel.
