Room was great! Beds were comfy, pillows perfect. The problem was the first night we were there, a dog was barking all night like its owner wasn't with it. I informed the front desk that if if that guest was a stay over, we needed a different room. I wasnt going to listen to a dog barking all night long again. The second night we slept great because they handled my complaint and there was not a barking dog all night. I appreciated that. But the manager didn't once talk to me. I asked them to reach out with a solution, i wasnt called or emailed or texted. It was a lil frustrating. Also breakfast mafe ys sick and the sasuage wasnt cooked all the way.

Booked this hotel for the indoor pool. It was not working. They said we could use it but after informing us a pump was broken we decided not to risk catching something foreign in an improperly filtering pool. There were literally two cockroaches in our room. Lobby coffee was so cold the cheap powdered creamer they provided wouldn’t even dissolve in it. I have video of one of the cockroaches. I booked five rooms. I book 300+ rooms/year. Will never book at a La Quinta again. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was fantastic. She should be managing that place, not the woman that became argumentative with me when I needed help because I’d been given the wrong room.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel last night. The room next to me were in the knockdown drag out fight scream, screaming, obscenities, and yelling, and until after one in the morning.. I went to the desk to complain and they did nothing. I knocked on the door and told him to shut the up that people are sleeping. I’ll because the sister wanted the brother to take her dog out to go to the bathroom! He said no it wasn’t his dog and they didn’t need to do that. I told him it doesn’t matter who takes the dog out, but it should be her since it’s her dog.. They kicked the brother out with a tiny blanket to go to sleep somewhere in the car or outside.. this made me even more mad because he was an innocent person in all this. I called the police and they never even showed up nor did the front desk. Do anything about it? I refuse to pay for this bill. I am speaking with the manager tomorrow. I got no sleep and I needed it badly. I couldn’t get through Colorado to the Cheyenne line because the winds were 100 miles an hour so I had to stop or be blown over. This situation was the second experience that was bad at this hotel I will never ever go back!

The staff is always pleasant and wanting to speak with you about your stay. The gentleman at the bar is very nice and is clean and cares about how he serves the food. Great music in that area. He makes the environment very friendly for folks to just get along from wherever they are traveling to and from. And he serves amazing drinks that aren’t to expensive

Apparently if you are staying here for more than a few days you aren’t allowed to have your room freshened up or clean linens or towels. Especially if your book through a third party. No disclosures or notifications given irt this at time of booking. Staff are trying to be as courteous as possible however the GM here is atrocious and should not be managing a hotel or people

Room was nice and beds nice. Bathroom was out of shower gel and only had a little bit of toilet paper left with no more stocked. My main complaint is the kitchen. There was no soap or paper towels, utensils were all crusty and dirty, and there were half eaten bags of chips in the cabinets. 2 TINY trash cans were all that was provided. Room was so loud. Could hear every conversation next to our room and above our room. someone was smoking weed near us could smell it in the hallway. Kids loved the pool.

We are old and have mobility issues and we had to walk the farthest distance from the car. This hotel isn’t set up for the handicapped. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you have a disability
