Caveat-No coffee in room. I asked them to bring it to the room but it never arrived. Geez, Holiday Inn, I paid $400 a night and have to request a coffee pot? Clean rooms, mostly accommodating staff. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The front office staff at this hotel are always so friendly and welcoming. Robert was such a caring individual. He goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We never met the hotel manager but you can tell by the staff’s behavior that she stresses customer service. Everyone of the staff is always helping another team member. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
