The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in! If comfort is in your name, your beds should be comfortable! Also the hot tub was freezing cold all weekend. This was an amenity that we were really looking forward to and one of the reasons that we chose your hotel. Pretty disappointed.

Good value. Large room with a comfortable bed. Daily cleaning of the room only if requested. In the back of a shopping center but good generic restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is okay: not many healthy choices, not great coffee. Staff is pleasant but doesn’t go out of the way to be helpful. They had an indoor pool and hot tub which looked nice, but we didn’t use it. The facility was clean but has seen better days.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly, when I checked in and a different one when I checked out. They charge a $25 fee for incidentals which on check in I was informed it would be refunded when I checked out, when I checked out I was informed that when they checked the room, guess to make sure I didn’t take anything, then they would process the refund, which would take up to 10 days! The room smelled like cigarettes, awful smell. Breakfast was awful. I just wanted to get out of there and wanted an apple and a banana, the we’re both more than a couple days old. The banana was turning brown. Awful place. After traveling quite a long distance to get there I was really tired. I had a family above me that let their kids run around in the room. When I went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We arrived and the hot tub was broken which we weren’t informed at check in. The whole reason we went to a hotel was to enjoy the hot tub after discovering this she said it getting fixed tomorrow . It wasn’t fixed we only stayed the 2 nights. TV wouldn’t work unless they came and helped. I emailed them before leaving this review and got no response. I would not recommend staying here

Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were awesome. My girls at about seven friends with them and they had a blast in the pool with a slide. Front desk was helpful when necessary. Overall good experience would stay again for sure.
